The Republic of Vanuatu is an island-state located in the South Pacific. A former European colony, the Republic of Vanuatu was founded in 1980. The archipelago of Vanuatu is a Y-shaped collection of 83 islands, 65 of which are inhabited. Its total area encompasses roughly 12,274 square kilometers with 4,700 square kilometers land mass. Its unique location grants easy access to Australia and New Zealand while also guaranteeing secluded island life. Vanuatu was one of the last places on Earth to have avoided a coronavirus outbreak, recording its first case of COVID-19 only in November 2020.
Citizens of Vanuatu can travel visa free to over 130 destinations including the Schengen Zone, United Kingdom, Russia, Singapore etc.
To obtain Vanuatu citizenship by investment, the applicant has to make a donation of at least US$ 130,000 for a single applicant via the Vanuatu Development Support Program (VDS).
